What ? Speaker / DANNY BASHAM
Danny is the Associate Pastor of Students and Evangelism at Neighborhood Church in Redding. I am passionate about seeing people come to the saving knowledge of Christ. I love to come alongside students and help them grow in their faith and find their place in the local church. I find great joy in finding ways in which we can reach our community for Jesus. God went to some pretty dark places to find me when I was lost, so I truly know what it means to be set free from the bondage of sin and given a new life in Christ. I want nothing more than to connect students to God, each other and their community with a desire to grow in their faith. I love sports, especially football, fishing and golf. Any time I can eat sushi is a great day! I have been a youth pastor since 1999 and received my undergraduate degree from Simpson University and my Masters degree from Tozer Seminary. My lovely wife Gina and I have 2 terrific kids, Kayla and Brennan. We look forward to meeting you soon!
Band / TBA Camp Experience /
Your student will experience a great week that involves an amazing worship band, relevant speakers, and opportunities to focus on hearing from God. They will be challenged to dive into the Bible and read for themselves what God says about this life.
They’ll have opportunities to hang out with friends (old and new). Each day we’ll be playing crazy games and participating in high energy competitions with a party-like atmosphere called “The Pre-Game.” Your student will, also, have the option to take a ride down the 60ft waterslide into Lake Alpha. Drive some go carts, play volleyball, paintball or hang out on the beach with a snow cone.

ZONKERS & THE ROAD TO EXTRAORDINARY When you hear my story your gonna go bonkers. I may seem insignificant now, but trust me things are gonna change. Come follow me on this journey. What? You really mean that? How could you? I thought we were bro’s. I guess things are gonna be a little tougher than I thought. My name is Zonkers, join me this summer as we head down the road to extraordinary.
THE BIG POINT
Join us this summer as our theme takes us through the story of Joseph. Everywhere he turns, people are against him, seeking to destroy both him and his dreams. Will he focus on the circumstances, or center his attention towards something or someone greater? The road is filled with difficulty, but the Lord was with him for the purpose of saving many lives.
“You intended to harm me, but God intended it for good to accomplish what is now being done, the saving of many lives.” Gen 50:20
“Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight.” Prov 3:5-6
